Moulded Long Spigot 90 degree Elbow

Long spigot elbows are the tightest and sharpest dimensional PE100 bends available.

These would also be the most commonly 90-degree fitting supplied. Being quality injection moulded gives the assurance of full pressure rating, while long spigots give the flexibility of fusion welding and joining options to pipe and other fittings.

The elongated spigots or long tails can be joined by buttfusion welding or electrofusion couplers and sockets. These 90-degree elbows, or square elbows, are best suited for clean pressurised fluids and gases, the 90-degree HDPE hard and sharp elbow may be best suited dimensionally to your pipe work.

We would warn that if they are used in the wrong applications it may cause blockages and increased wear. An example would be when transporting abrasive media and solids, or if the application is flat, has no grade gravity, or low-pressure pipelines and spooling.

For transportation of abrasive media, quality smooth sweeping bends or elongated short radius bends and multi-bends are the most suitable and fail-safe option in this environment.

Advanced Piping stock 90-degree SDR11 elbows in sizes 20mm to 355mm and the high pressure 90-degree PN25 SDR7.4 elbows in sizes 32mm to 355mm.

Larger 90-degree elbows are available up to 630mm.
