The Advanced Piping Systems full face flange covers the entire flange face and includes bolt holes, typically used in flat faced flanges.
Flanges are used to provide a contact surface for connecting to Poly Pipe or to other materials, while the bolt holds are used to pull and tighten the connection between the two materials.
Fibre gaskets can also be used if connecting to a stub flange and provide flexibility when other connections (such as valves) are not aligned, or where pipe is slightly off centre.
The flange provides flexibility to manoeuvre the pipe without tension, while correcting your fabrication.
This provides ease of use for on-sight workers and Poly Pipe fabrications.
