Advanced Piping’s heavy-duty PE pipe squeeze-off tools allow quick and efficient isolation of live main sections of PE100 pipe systems without permanently modifying the pipeline (unique to HDPE). This is often required for either routine or emergency maintenance. Our extremely reliable, heavy-duty squeeze-off tools are available in Mechanical and Hydraulic. Once the tool is squeezed off the flow can be managed & even stopped while the repair or cut in etc is completed. The flow through the pipeline is manually controlled by turning the handle in a clockwise direction, or in with the Hydraulic versions the squeeze-off tools work by pumping & releasing the hydraulic cylinder pressure to unclip. The gap between the top and bottom beams of the squeeze-off tool can be adjusted by the size & gauge limiters. together, and then using hydraulic cylinders. Larger sized pipes, may
require the re-rounding tool to be used, to ensure its original dimensions are the same.
