Electrofusion Reducer

Advanced Piping Systems understands that performance poly fusion reducers need to short and compact, while maximizing flow and minimising turbulence. Advanced Piping has an exceptionally large range of reductions with 30 available from 25/20mm – 225/160mm. Matched to our poly fusion tees you can have 30 EF reducing tee combinations. EF fittings are very popular for pump station and valve pit construction, as flexibility and space is critical. On a pumps discharge, reducers are often used as increasers. By increasing the size of pipe, the flow improves and the friction loss is reduced. Both sides of the reducer also weld at the same time, therefore thread adaptors or flanges easily push into the socketed ends, cutting the overall height, length and installation time significantly. All reducers are rated to PN16 and can be fused with any manual and barcode scanning EF welders. Poly fusion fittings can be used for civil piping and mining applications and have the same pressure rating and longevity, with a more than 100-year service life expectancy.
